Rehabilitation of Pumping Station PS3

The Project was including rehabilitation of two turbo pumps based on Frame 3 GE gas Turbine and Nuova Penguin Centrifugal pumps in PS3 Pumping station in Najaf- Iraq along the strategic pipeline, the work included the Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation work activities, the Project activities was:

• Overhauling the GE Fram3 Turbines and Pumps.
• Supply and installation of new two intake filters.
• Supply and installation of Air compression package.
• Upgrading, installation and calibration of field instrument, and loop testing.
• Valve’s actuators sizing and replacement.
• maintenance of the auxiliary systems.
• Cable laying and signaling.
• Electrical & Control Panels installation.
• Commissioning and Start-up of the whole pump station.
