The Project was including rehabilitation of two turbo pumps based on Frame 3 GE gas Turbine and Nuova Penguin Centrifugal pumps in PS3 Pumping station in Najaf- Iraq along the strategic pipeline, the work included the Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Instrumentation work activities, the Project activities was:
- Overhauling the GE Fram3 Turbines and Pumps.
- Supply and installation of new two intake filters.
- Supply and installation of Air compression package.
- Upgrading, installation and calibration of field instrument, and loop testing.
- Valve’s actuators sizing and replacement.
- maintenance of the auxiliary systems.
- Cable laying and signaling.
- Electrical & Control Panels installation.
- Commissioning and Start-up of the whole pump station.
