Maham team, in close coordination with the local contractor and the system supplier, Veolia, successfully carried out the replacement and commissioning of the EDI system at Al-Quds Gas Power Plant.
The scope of work included conducting a detailed site survey and engineering assessment to determine the methodology for removing the existing system and installing the new EDI unit. The new system was delivered in three separate modules, which were carefully transported, positioned, assembled, and aligned on site.
Following the installation, the team performed all required piping works, mechanical connections, electrical connections, and integration of the control system with the plant’s central control system. The project was then completed with pre-commissioning activities, commissioning, initial start-up, performance verification, and successful handover of the system into operation.
The new EDI system was successfully commissioned and placed into service in accordance with the project requirements and operational standards.
